As a working parent, I understand the overwhelming demands life can throw at us and the impact this can have on our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. That's why I'm passionate about the mind-body connection and taking a holistic approach to wellbeing.

With a background in childcare and as a Primary School Teacher, I've been immersed in nurturing, supporting and guiding individuals for many years. About a decade ago, I discovered the power of mindfulness; it quickly and naturally became an integral part of my daily life, without consuming unreasonable amounts of time. Mindfulness is now my anchor, helping me: stay grounded, manage stress and anxiety, step away from reactivity while enabling me to find peace and joy – often in the smallest of things!
With over a decade of experience, I'm a licensed Mindfulness Teacher and certified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach and committed to supporting you. I completed training with the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and hold certificates to deliver the Mindfulness Now Programme, The Mindful Child Programme and Mindful Yoga. My expertise is further reinforced by accreditation from the Mindfulness Teachers Registration.
Recognising the importance of a holistic approach, I obtained a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching Diploma Level 4. By analysing your unique needs, I’ll develop a personalised plan to optimise your health and wellbeing. As your coach, I’ll support you every step of the way, helping you align to your true self.
I know first-hand the importance of investing in yourself and the logistics of being able to do this. Prioritising your wellbeing isn't selfish - it's essential! As a busy Mum, I’ve learnt through self-care, when I nurture my own wellbeing, I become a better version of myself; consequently, this benefits myself and everyone else. I achieve this through a holistic approach, understanding the importance of nourishing our body, mind and soul!
