As we all know, life can sometimes be overwhelming, often leaving us drained and uncertain amidst conflicting information on diets and lifestyles. As a qualified, Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, this is where I can help!
I will work with you as an expert, educator, and ally; I will guide you as you break habits that no longer serve you and support you in adopting new routines. This will be achieved through motivation, education, advice, resources, and on-going support as you learn to adjust your eating and lifestyle behaviours to enable you to reach your personal health goals.
Know you are in safe hands with my internationally recognised Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching qualification (Level 4 Diploma) which is accredited by Crossfields Institute and approved by the UK & International Health Coaches Association - a global professional body for Health Coaches.
Perhaps you are suffering from a lack of energy, struggling with management of stress or poor quality/quantity of sleep – or most likely all three! Through rigorous diet/nutrition and lifestyle analysis, together we will work on areas that need focused and develop a plan, that is bespoke to you, which includes action steps that are realistic and attainable within your day-to-day routine. This may include simple food swops, to learning healthy cooking techniques, to lifestyle choices; we will use a “holistic” approach to encourage better choices. Plans can be tailored to fit in with your family if required.
Using a friendly approach I will help you, without the need for restrictive diets or hard fitness routines, to work towards optimising your health. I will help you get motivated, learn new habits and skills and support you along your journey as you take accountability of your own wellbeing. I will work with you short term, but also provide you with the tools, skills and knowledge to empower you long term, once your programme with me ends. Don’t worry, there are top-up consultations should you require them further down the line.
